Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and other emirates.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location within the UAE.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size. Any applicable delivery fee will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

Delayed or Lost Orders

Failed Delivery / Refused Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, if delivery is attempted and the order is refused or unreachable after two attempts, the order may be cancelled and any applicable delivery charges may not be refunded.
